Greenwood, SC: On Thursday, October 22nd, Carolina Health Centers Board of Directors, staff, and the Britt family, joined together to honor John Britt. For more than four decades, John Britt has served with unwavering dedication, steadfast leadership, and a profound commitment to the health and well-being of our communities. While serving in multiple leadership and committee roles, John held a deep belief for our vision of high-quality and accessible healthcare for all.

Carolina Health Centers Board of Directors Chair, Abby Banks, states "John's advocacy and commitment helped bring Lakelands Family Practice and Pediatrics to life, making quality healthcare more accessible to Waterloo residents and the surrounding communities. This building represents more than a place where people will come to receive care. It represents John's belief that people deserve access to quality healthcare and his willingness to act on that belief.

We thank John for his years of service, his steady leadership, friendship, and the example he has set for all of us at Carolina Health Centers. We thank him for helping us make this vision of Lakelands Family Practice & Pediatrics center a reality and for leaving a legacy that will continue to benefit this community for generations to come.

This building stands as a testament to your work, your commitment, and your heart for service."

"Service above self leaves a legacy that lives on in the lives of others."
