There are 14 FQHC's in South Carolina that are a part of CIMS, including Carolina Health Centers. Community Integrated Management Services (CIMS) is an independent practice association owned by the state's FQHC's. It provides centralized fiscal management, network contracting, and clinical performance reporting for community health clinicals across the state. Out of all 14 FQHC's in SC, Carolina Health Centers has won 1st place for having the highest percentage of CIMS members seen in our health center for the past year.

We are very proud of our Quality Improvement Department and all of the hard work they have done! Congratulations, Quality!
