Carolina Health Centers Quality Improvement Department has recently won 1st place in Patient Utilization Recognition for CIMS. Sarah Dorn, our Care Coordination Specialist, has been working for the past seven years as our CIMS representative. Sarah has worked alongside NaToya Leverette and Liakesha Houston to get numbers up and gaps in care closed.

There are 14 FQHC's in South Carolina that are a part of CIMS, including Carolina Health Centers. Community Integrated Management Services (CIMS) is an independent practice association owned by the state's FQHC's. It provides centralized fiscal management, network contracting, and clinical performance reporting for community health clinicals across the state. Out of all 14 FQHC's in SC, Carolina Health Centers has won 1st place for having the highest percentage of CIMS members seen in our health center for the past year.
We are very proud of our Quality Improvement Department and all of the hard work they have done! Congratulations, Quality!
