CHC's Promise of Safety:
We promise to cultivate a safe environment for our patients. From waiting areas to the care provided, we want our patients to feel comfortable.
We uphold current health & safety guidelines for cleaning, wearing PPE, administering vaccines (of all kinds), and offering exceptional care.
It's our responsibility to worry about these things in our office, so you don't have to. We want to be your medical home, and home is a safe and comfortable space.
